Decorative Chocolate Swirls Dessert Garnish Video Demo

Want to show your love and your Top Chef prowess? Make these easy decorative chocolate swirls for a dessert garnish or to simply enjoy with the last few sips of silky cabernet in your glass. These chocolate irregulars are artistic, forgiving and a delicious way to end a romantic dinner. My video demonstration offers one recipe, but the combinations of different chocolates and seasonings are only limited by your imagination. TCHO dark chocolate with dried citrus zest, Valrhona’s Blanc Ivoire white chocolate with freeze-dried raspberries and Dulcey Blond dusted with sumac are just three experiments for the Valentine’s Dinner at Jordan dessert course that turned out to be amongst our favorites.
